PowerPoint 2010 Beta: Take a look at the picture effects in the new version



Take a sneak peek at the new picture effects that will be available in PowerPoint 2010! Pretty awesome stuff! Brainy Betty is LOVING testing the beta version of this program - it is chockfull of fantastic new features.

    My biggest question in regards to 2010 version is the ability to EMBED video. Have you tried it yet? Is is pretty seamless? Is it restricted to certain video formats? Also is there a clever way to do this in 07? As an artist,...I pretty much can do all of the other photo effects etc...on my own,...although it sure seems more convenient to have it already as an option in PPT. The video is the big thing for me and something that I've been waiting on a long time....also I hope they fixed the straight line issue that has plagued the 07 version. (It is unnecessarily difficult trying to create a straight line while using the freeform tool to create a shape. The 03 version snapped to a straight line pretty easily and Microsoft acknowledged this issue too)
